Before filling out the entry form, place up to three digital images in a convenient location on your computer's local hard drive, and make a note of the pathway (file hierarchy) to these image files.

ATTENTION Uploading image files through a web browser can take a significant amount of time, depending upon the speed of the Internet connection. Please expect the following approximate upload time for a 10 Mb digital image file: T-1 to T-3 - 3 to 8 minutes DSL or Cable Modem - 8 to 15 minutes 56K Modem - 30 minutes to 1 hour Note: These times are approximate and highly dependent on location and wide variety of other Internet configuration parameters.

Carefully choose the images for submission prior to submitting the electronic entry from. Once the entry form and images have been uploaded to our servers, no additional entry modifications or digital images will be accepted. Only three digital images may be submitted per contestant. Please submit the highest quality image with regard to file size, bit depth, and resolution. Maximum file size is one hundred (100) Mb (megabytes), and it is recommended the file size be no smaller than 3 Mb, although smaller file sizes will not be disqualified.

After completing Part 1 of the entry form, click the Submit Entry button to view and edit the profile you have created for your entry. In Part 2 of the entry form, you will be asked for information about the digital images that will be submitted to the competition.

A combination of uploaded images and slides may besubmitted by an entrant. Each entrant, whether an individual or a group, may submit up to a total of three images for judging. A completed and signed Official Entry Form, facsimile, or complete Internet entry form must be used. There is no purchase necessary.

Entries that report obviously fake names, street addresses, and email addresses, or contain inappropriate text and/or images will automatically be disqualified.
